Good to know
Is StrictlyByIV free?
Yes. The app is free to download and planning is free for hosts, with room for up to 500 guests per event. You only pay for the bookings you make.
Do my guests need the app?
No. Each guest gets a personal invitation link that opens in any browser. They reply there, and if they're coming, they get a QR entry pass for the door.
Can more than one person check guests in?
Yes. Anyone on your team with access to the guest list can scan passes at the same time, at different gates. A pass that has already been used is flagged.
Where is it available?
Providers can list from anywhere in Nigeria. You can plan from anywhere too, including if you're organising an event back home from abroad.
What happens if a provider doesn't deliver?
Open a dispute from the booking before the payment is released. The payment is put on hold while our team reviews it.
How do I list my business?
Download the app, create an account and set up your provider profile. Once it's reviewed, clients can find and book you.
As a provider, do I have to wait until after the event to get paid?
No. Once the booking is confirmed, you can request a payout any time, even before the event, and your client can release part of the payment early or all of it by confirming the job is done. If they do nothing, it is released automatically after a short protection window once the event ends. The details are in our payment, refund and payout policy.
