1. The StrictlyByIV service
StrictlyByIV helps people plan events, manage guest experiences, coordinate collaborators, discover providers, request bookings, communicate with event teams, and manage marketplace profiles.
We may update, improve, suspend, or remove parts of the service as we prepare for launch and continue operating the platform.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your login credentials, and activity that happens under your account.
- Use accurate identity and contact information.
- Do not share access to your account with unauthorized people.
- Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
3. Events, profiles, and marketplace activity
Provider profiles, public events, listings, reviews, media, booking requests, and collaboration invitations must be accurate, lawful, and respectful of other people's rights.
StrictlyByIV may review, limit, delist, or remove content that appears unsafe, misleading, unlawful, abusive, or inconsistent with platform rules.
4. Payments, refunds, and payouts
Bookings may involve deposits, balances, full upfront payments, refunds, disputes, provider payouts, platform fees, or payment processing checks.

5. User conduct and safety
Do not use StrictlyByIV to harass, defraud, impersonate, threaten, spam, misuse payments, upload unsafe content, or coordinate illegal activity.
We may restrict accounts, remove content, freeze marketplace visibility, or pause payment-related actions when we need to protect users, providers, guests, or the platform.

We may update these terms as the product, law, payment rules, or marketplace operations evolve. Material changes should be reflected by updating the last updated date on this page.
